Question
What does life range? I thought it was how much HP you have. But I didn't felt a difference. Or is it the distance when enemy spawn or something?

I think it sets how far away things spawn around you, when you leave a area they despawn to help with fps but when they enter the area they spawn in. so higher life range = higher rage of life spawning in.

Atleast that's what I think but I don't know for sure.

That's correct. It represents how far away from you enemies will spawn. But the number of enemies is static, so a low life range will result in a higher soldier density. (You would be much more likely to encounter enemy troops if there were 100 soldiers per 2 sqkm, than if there were 100 soldiers per 10 sqkm.)
