Creature Info
#1. Skorpiovenator
-Habitat: Jungles, Redwoods, Fertile Chamber, Sunken Forest, Sanctuary City
-Tameable: Tranq or Passive
A species of Abelisaur, Skorpiovenator is slightly larger than Carnotaurus and despite being a slightly more powerful predator, is much more placid. It appears this dinosaur has adapted to its namesake, being a fellow bug-crusading-hater like Megatherium, with Skorpiovenator flying into a berserk state when in the presence of insects. While they rage both the same, they function differently in their rage, with Megatherium hitting harder and taking more blows like a juggernaut, and Skorpiovenator flying into a rapid frenzy of attacking. Skorpiovenator parallels well with Megatherium, being far more agile and having a much faster attack speed. Furthermore unlike Megatherium which simply slurps out the interior bits from its kill, Skorpiovenator can actually digest keratin and chitin, turning its remains into an easy-to-excrete paste that is extremely similar to Cementing Paste. Tamed, it makes an excellent bug-raiding partner with Megatherium, both having their drawbacks and advantages: with Megatherium being a tanky heavy hitter and Skorpiovenator being a more lightweight berserker of a glass cannon.
-Is immune to venom (status often used in my other mods)
-Gets the Insect Killer buff from killing any type of Insect, like Megatherium.
-While Megatherium gets a 2.5x damage multiplier and only takes 30% of incoming damage when effected by Insect Killer, Skorpiovenator also gets 2.5x damage but only takes 80% of incoming damage as opposed to 30%
-Like Megatherium, Skorpiovenator can be told to sit via radial wheel. When it does, it will rapidly heal 2% of health per second until it gets to 50% healed, at which point, it will only heal by 15 units of health per second.
-Should be able to fit in the same caves Baryonyx, Carnotaurus, and Megalosaurus can
-Megatherium has more health and raw damage than Skorpiovenator and gets more armor than it when Bug Killer activates
-Skorpiovenator however is faster, more agile, has a much faster attack rate, and its cementing paste utility.
-Although it CAN be tranq tamed, it is MUCH more resistant than megatherium- better to passive tame it instead
-When Chitin or Keratin is in Skorpiovenator's inventory, it will begin to AUTOMATICALLY create cementing paste from chitin or keratin in a 1-1 ratio every 10 seconds or so. You CANNOT disable this feature, as this isSkorpiovenator's natural biology (thus making megatherium the better collector)
-Chitin, Keratin, and Cementing paste only weigh about 40% in its inventory
-Left click bite. Good damage and attack rate. Deals x2 damage to non-insect (but insect like) creatures that are not covered: Sea Scorpions, Karkinos, and Broodmother
-right click Tail Whip. Deals damage behind self, with knockback
-C key Roar. For aesthetic
-X key threaten roars, for aesthetic
-Spacebar to jump

#2. Geosternbergia
-Spawning: Beaches, Oasis, Desert Biodome Oasis
-Tameable: Tranq tame
Pteranodon's close relative, Geosternbergia boasts a much more “traditional” pterosaur design that many are familiar with, having large wings and an elongated beak. They usually prefer to live around coasts, diving into the water to catch prey and soaring on updrafts. Timid, they flee at the first sign of danger. While at the same durability and strength as Pteranodon, Geosternbergia offers its own advantages. While capable of biting, it is also known for being able to use its beak like a spike, stabbing into an aggressor at a rapid speed with incredible precision- which can mean a lethal blow if it hits the right spot. Tamed, they are an improvement over Pteranodon, focusing on slightly better combat and traversal, with a bit of utility.
-Diving flight costs no additional stamina to use, unlike all other diving fliers. It's just the standard sprint running stamina cost.
-If allowed to hover midair, it will regenerate stamina
-Skittish: if you approach, it will run away.
-Prefers fish meat over land
-Left click bite. Somewhat ok damage.
-Right click beak stab. Slightly better damage than the bite but a much faster attack rate. However, this costs much more stamina and it is easily to tire yourself out if you spam with it. This is the same damagetype as a standard arrow (though weaker at base levels and damage), meaning it can score impressive headshot multipliers if aimed properly. This also means for creatures that take less projectile damage at certain parts (trike, stego, etc), it will do less damage if it strikes those parts of the body, still making the bite viable in certain situations. Cannot be done with insufficient stamina.
-C taunt, for aesthetic in both land and air.
-X key Preening. Land only, costs a bit of stamina and cannot be done with insufficient stamina. The Geosternbergia will clean its wing and heal 25 units of health roughly in about 1 second. If the Geosternbergia has a leech or lamprey on it, doing this ability will remove the leech/lamprey.
-Left control Flying Roar. For aesthetic, has three different animations it will play at random, and can only be done while flying.

#3. Alamodactylus
-Spawning: Dunes, Desert Biodome
-Tameable: Tranq or Passive
Alamodactylus is a large pterosaur seen soaring through the expansive sands of the desert. Despite its large size, it is not aggressive to players unless provoked. They soar high in the sands, using their sharp eyes and to spot prey in the glare of the sun and use their strong beaks to break the armored hide of their insect prey. A bane against most insects in the desert, they can quickly rile themselves into a frenzy, becoming stronger and seemingly becoming able to soar for infinite amounts of time. Tamed, they make great desert companions-with strength against insects and a useful ability to create clay. The Pterosaur makes nests out of clay similar to a mud-dauber wasp, using a mixture of cactus sap and sand to form its nests. This side ability can be useful to survivors who need large amounts of clay fast...
-Sexually dimorphic: males have a vibrant blue color and females have a duller but equally beautiful brown-and-white color.
-Automatically crafts 2 Clay in its inventory so long as it has 1 cactus sap and 1 sand in its inventory.
-Cactus sap, sand, and clay weigh 40% of their weight in its inventory, and cactus sap has a 30x preservation multiplier in them
-Immune to venom and sandstorms (so yes, a flier not impeded by sandstorms!)
-Gains an “Insect killer” debuff like Skorpiovenator and megatherium, but this one works a bit differently. While it has a default 1.5x damage multiplier to insects, it gains no additional armor when the buff is activated: only getting an additional 1.6x damage multiplier (that applies overall instead of just to insects), and this buff also gives the Alamodactylus +50 stamina per second: practically granting it unlimited stamina so long as it is angered/enraged!
-Left click bite. This is the same as Australovenator's from ac2, dealing certain multipliers towards certain armored creatures.
-Right click peck. This deals slightly less damage and is the same damagetype as a doedicurus, gathering stone, sand, and berries.
-C key (on land) wing flap. Hits twice with low damage but a WIDE range with great knockback. This attack is its best harvesting ability, gathering many bushes and trees at once in a single use!
-C key (while flying) Roar, for aesthetic.
-X key to toggle predator vision. left control to disable it
-Spacebar to fly!

#4. Spinoraptor
-Spawning: Oasis, Desert Biodome, Sunken Forest, Luminous Marshlands, Freshwater, Shallow Water, Scorched Earth's Dry River Canyons
-Tameable: tranq
A strange and imposing creature, Spinoraptor is as the name leads- a cross between a Spinosaurus and an unknown raptor species. Much like the Manta, Morellatops, and Trike of the ARKs, it is a hybrid species, and arguably, the most useful. Regardless of the reasoning, this creature is a powerful predator. Boasting the biology of both a raptor and spinosaur, it has the Spinosaur's water affinity and strength with a raptor's agility and mobility. Highly flexible, and sexually dimorphic, this intriguing creature is a powerful, versatile mount to anybody who can find one!
-Tried to make it as close to a literal “Spinoraptor” in terms of niche.
-When standing in or swimming in water, it gains a “Hydration” buff like Spinosaurus. This boosts damage, health regen, and stamina regen, as well as movement speed. Combined with a raptor's agility, this makes it a great travel mount.
-Immune to radiation
-Slightly armored, so it only takes 90% of incoming damage without the Bonus Implant equipped.
-Sexually dimorphic. To the extreme this time, thanks to the model's maker, Scorching_Kami! Males and females have two different color patterns AND pallets, instead of just patterns. Males have a striped skin that often has a dark body and bright accenting. Females have a spotted pattern that is usually duller. In other words, not also do males and females have different skin patterns, but different colors as well!
-Spinoraptor works similar to a dimetrodon in that it provides insulation, but this one only works on players and is a bit different. When near a spinoraptor, you will get an insulation buff, similar to a basilosaurus. However, this buff is only half as effective as Basilosaurus's insulation. Yet, when mounted, a rider will gain another insulation buff. These two insulation buffs combined will grant the same coverage as Basilosaurus's insulation.
-Left click bite. Rapid attack speed and strongest attack. This is the same damagetype as Deinocheirus's bite from AC2. Meaning it deals increased damage to most small-medium sized fish.
-Right click claw slash. Slightly slower than the bite and slightly less damage, but shreds/pierces armor like a manta. However, this is also the same damagetype as Pelagornis. Meaning it will deal drastically increased damage to small fish and harvest increased amounts of organic polymer as well.
-C key roar. For aesthetic.
-Spacebar to jump. Spinoraptor can also jump out of water, however its jump height there is a little shorter than its terrestrial jump height.

#5. Carnoraptor
-Spawning: Badlands, Grassland, Luminous Marshlands, Desert Biodome
-Tameable: Tranq
Another strange natural hybrid like Spinoraptor, Carnoraptor is a naturally blended hybrid that seems to get the best of both worlds of its parent species. The agility of a raptor, with the added durability of a true carnotaur. Bulk and osteoderms allow this brute to take and give punishment, while its speed and agility allow it to chase down and charge its prey. Tamed, it proves a bulky and effective predatory mount.
-First creature in AC with a custom saddle, as well as the first creature in AC with an Aberrant version!
-Immune to bleeding, Sandstorms, Radiation (aberrant only), being stunned.
-Naturally armored: taking only 80% of incoming damage.
-Left click bite. Good damage.
-Right click charge. Great damage, breaks stone and stone structures. High stam cost.
-C key large roar, aesthetic only
-X key small roars, aesthetic only.
-Spacebar to jump

#6. Coelophysis
-Spawning: Beach (Uncommon singular), Desert Biodome, Grassland, Badlands
-Tameable: Passive
Coelophysis is a small, raptor-sized dinosaur running in large groups throughout various ARK habitats. The definition of "Mob mentality", they are known for grouping up into the largest social hunting mobs of any creature on the ark network. Alone, Coelophysis is barely any better than a raptor. But with their tight social networking and bonds, Coelophysis becomes terrifying at maximum potential! In a massive, lightning-fast horde, they can rip even the largest prey to pieces. However, this comes at a cost: coelophysis is extremely fragile, granted its body build. Despite its size, it is about as durable as the common dilophosaurus. Even in their massive packs, they aren't a good replacement for heavy-hitting late game mounts or even standard pack fighters. Instead, mobs of coelophysis serve the purpose of a rush-down mob of glass canons. This makes them excellent for softening up an enemy and leaving heavier-hitting allies to finish the job, or vice versa: sending in a mob of coelophysis to finish off the weak remaning foes. Tamed, they make great mounts for scouting and group ventures, although do remember of their fraility: and it's only in their massive mobs they truly shine as a group!
-Coelophysis spawns in groups of 5 in the wild.
-To properly use groups of coelophysis, you need to max out their mob mentality. Mobs of Coelophysis max out at a whopping 21 individuals, which give them some advantages over other pack and gang hunters. Coelo gets 0.3 melee per nearby pack member, while it only gets 0.0015 resistance per gang member nearby. Even at 21 individuals, this still makes Coelophysis even more fragile than normal pack hunters, with a very low overall resistance of about 0.3 at 21 members. However, a group of 21 members gets a staggering 6.3 times multiplier, bringing their base damage up from 15 to a whopping 94! However, their health and resistance is abysmally low, meaning they can be easily pushed aside even in these massive groups. Use them carefully and thoughtfully
-HOW TO TAME COELOPHYSIS: Coelo is too fragile to tranq tame. As such, you have to tame them in a rather gutsy way: passive taming them at lvl 15. Find a coelophysis you like, then isolate it from its pack members. When it charges at you to attack, feed it. The coelophysis will then immediately calm down for a moment and examine the situation and you. Take this time to run away from it and either climbing to a safe spot or similar. Once it starts moving, it will still be aggressive for a bit, but DO NOT ATTACK IT. Simply let it run around or throw a tantrum for a moment, and it will eventually calm down. You'll notice you then have a buff on your bottom right of your screen letting you know how much time you have left before the coelophysis becomes aggressive again. Just keep feeding coelophysis during this timeframe, and you'll be fine: so long as your timer doesn't run out! (NOTE: COELOPHYSIS WILL ONLY BECOME PASSIVE TO YOU AND ANY TAMES OF YOURS THAT WERE CLOSE TO IT WHEN IT WAS FED. ALLIES THAT COME WILL STILL BE ATTACKED)
-Left click bite. great attack speed, poor damage. Gathers silica pearls, making them great for Scorched Earth users.
-right click preen. Will heal exactly 20 units of health from itself and remove any parasites from its body (leeches, lamprey, etc). cannot be done while moving
-C key call. for aesthetic, nearby pack members will mimic this call.
-x key ally preen. This allows coelophysis to preen an ally, healing 20 health and removing any parasites. Your ally in question must be standing close to coelophysis's arms in order to receive this positive effect. cannot be done while moving.

#7. Chilantaisaurus
-Spawning: Grassland, Redwoods, Badlands, Desert Biodome, Luminous Marshlands
-Tameable: Tranq Tame
A relative of Carcharodontosaurus and Giganotosaurus, Chilantaisaurus hails from China. While a large theropod predator, Chilantaisaurus is neither as large or as strong as either of its mentioned cousins. However, it is just as dangerous as Carcharodontosaurus and other large predators due to an extremely sly reason. Chilantaisaurus's jaws can inflict bleeding blows. However, while this is no surprise compared to other predators with a similar tactic, Chilantai's tactic has an extremely sly and brutal factor to it. When it bites, it goes for important arteries and veins, and only goes for quick cuts rather than savage blows. As such, a single bite from Chilantaisaurus is extremely negligable...if you're a fool. While a single bite is not much to worry about, the length of combat is what makes this dangerous. Chilantaisaurus stacks its wounds over time of the battle, and as the fight drags on, the foe will slowly find its strength failing them and a startling amount of health lost, while Chilantai remains largely unscathed. The longer Chilantai is in battle, the more dangerous the fight becomes: making it a dangerous creature to be in long slug-outs with, as it uses these bleeding bites to cut the strength and vitality of the foe down to much more managable levels. Tamed, they make great "tank busters" if used effectively: drastically reducing a target's overall effectiveness while draining their health!
-Chilantaisaurus inflicts a unique type of bleed called Chilantai Bleed. This bleed works similar to the deinonychus. Deinonychus's bleed, for comparsion: 1% in 7 seconds, works on bosses and can stack to 6 applications. However, Chilantai works differently: 1% in 30 seconds, cannot apply to bosses, -0.5% melee per buff. One bite is not very dangerous at all: one's natural health regen can easily offset or even negate the health drain while active due to the length of time 1% is drained. However, getting hit with multiple applications is the problem. With 2 applications, you loose 1% of your melee stat. At maximum effectiveness, a solo Chilantai has the capability of draining health off the target while also dropping it's melee damage output 15%! (you'll be hard pressed on a lone chila to get this output). This may make Chilantaisaurus a mount to look towards if your fight is going to be back and forth as a long time. In other words, this is a creature that requires set-up to function properly, and the time for this set-up can be rather extensive. However, once set up properly, the results are brutal!
-Can sit to regenerate health. Heals 2% of health per second until it reaches 50% health. From there, it will then heal by 15 units of health per second.
-You can manually input Chilantai to sit when riding by pressing R. this will dismount you and tell Chilantai to sit.
-Left click Bite. Inflicts chilantai bleed.
-Right click tail whip. Cannot be done when moving, but hits targets behind you and gives knockback.
-C key growl, for aesthetic.
-X key roar, for aesthetic.

#8. Thalassodromeus
-Spawning: Islands (Genesis), Beach
-Tameable: Tranq
Thalassodromeus is one of the island's most agile flying predators. Strangely enough, Thalsodromeus seems to be a creature that adores or revels in flying. It is always seen flying high around the ocean, using air currents to soar quickly and unobstructed. The pterosaur seems at complete content and ease as it dives and weaves through the air, either after prey or simply soaring: a creature with adaptations for flying unlike any other. Simply soaring rejuvenates its body, allowing to rest and recover from wounds by flying nimbly through the air. Thalassodromeus is sought after for many reasons: agility in the sky, comparable strength, and the ability to recover simply by enjoying its gift of flight. All of these combined make Thalassodromeus a versatile and agile flying mount, and a contemperary to apex fliers like Griffin, harpagornis, and wyverns.
-Thalassodromeus has diving/gliding flight like Snow Owl/Griffin
-can run on land.
-Whenever Thalasso is diving or gliding, it gets a buff called "Blessing of Flight." This buff rapidly regenerates health and stamina, but is only toggled and refreshed by diving and gliding. Soar repeatedly and frequently and be rewarded for enjoying your Thala's gift of flight- just as it does.
-Thalassodromeus regenerates stamina midair and does not waste stamina when flying without sprinting.
-Prefers fish meat over land meat when taming.
-Thalassodromeus can swim! However, this swimming is similar to pelagornis. If you dive into the water, Thalasso will tread water at the surface and will not dismount. It also regenerates stamina when swimming like this, so remember that in case it could be useful!
-Left click Bite. Deals decent damage.
-Right click call, for aesthetic.
-Spacebar flight

#9. Kryptops
-Spawning: Mountains, Badlands, Desert Biodome Upper, Desert Mountains, Monster Island
-Tameable: Tranq
A very rare medium-large theropod, Kryptops posses a powerful adaptation on the arks. Inside its mouth is a breeding ground for a caustic virus, which it has weaponized in the form of a gaseous breath attack. When infected, Targets enter a Rabies-like state, as their body begins to devour itself as they enter a fury. Victims of this "Kryptops Virus" gain drastically increased strength, but seem more susceptible to damage in the process. Now, what predator would gain an advantage from fighting a prey that it empowers? Kryptops itself seems to have actually entered a simbiotic relationship with the virus it harbors inside its body. With a target infected, the virus inside of Kryptops creates a signal that puts Kryptops's own bodily systems into hyperdrive. Its muscles and skin suddenly tighten as adrenaline begins to flow, vastly increasing its physical defense: giving it the strength and durability to combat its frenzied prey. Tamed, Kryptops is often used as a weapon of biological warfare. Its disease-spreading nature makes it an excellent choice for dealing with enemy mounts. Provided the right training, Kryptops can become a surprisingly bulky and defensive creature for its size, once it reacts properly to a frenzied target, making it excellent for stalling when needed, while still draining the target's health.
-Immune to Kryptops Virus, Poison Gas attacks, Venom debuffs
-Can be told to sit via radial menu
-Sexually dimorphic
-Left click bite, deals good damage
-Right click Viral Breath. Cannot be done while moving. Targets hit will be infected with Kryptops Virus, which will give the infecting Kryptops the "Viral Heal" buff. Kryptops Virus works similar to Blood Curse, draining and healing by the same amounts, but with some differences. Kryptops Virus victims loose an additional 25 health per second (that isnt healed to the user), making the disease extremely deadly for players and low health pool creatures. However, those infected with Kryptops Virus gain 65% increased damage, while taking 25% more damage. Kryptops itself, while healing, gets buffs as well. It will begin to rapidly drain torpor while rapidly recovering stamina when near an infected target. On top of this, Kryptops will gain a 15% increase in damage and take only 30% of incoming damage, becoming extremely tanky.
-C key headbutt, deals good knockback.
-X key tail whip, deals good rear knockback.
-Left control roar, for aesthetic.

#10. Padillasaurus
-Spawning: Redwoods, Sunken Forest, Desert Biodome Lower, Bog Forest
-Tameable: Tranq or passive (Less resources used when passive taming, longer tame time)
Padillasaurus is one of the ARK network's smallest sauropods, and one of the slowest as well. As such, the sauropod is commonly hunted by survivors and predators alike. However, this sauropod has a trick up its sleeve in assistance for survival. Like other sauropods, Padillasaurus are capable of loud vocalizations. They use this to their advantage in the wild by giving off loud bellows to cause intimidation in attackers. Due to the fact they aren't the most physically powerful themselves, however, Padilla have learned how to recruit themselves a bit of aid. They are capable of giving off a trumpet-like bellow which has an encouraging effect on allies. As such, many large herbivores often allow Padillasaurus to mix-herd with them, forming a sort of symbiotic relationship. Padillasaurus acting as a sort of "herbivorous yutyrannus", buffing its allies and weakening its enemies! Tamed, Padillasaurus are used to compliment yutyrannus and assist in stasis control of enemies and troops alike. However unlike the larger theropod, they are not as fast and will need a bit of a bodyguard presence.
-When attacked in the wild, the following herbivores nearby will rush to a Padilla's aid: Paraceratherium, Europasaurus, Eotriceratops, Camarasaurus, Shunosaurus, and Brontosaurus. Likewise, these same herbivores (minus bronto as it is too big) will be buffed by a wild Padilla's courage roars.
-Can sit using the radial wheel. Will rapidly heal up to 50% health, then heal by 25 raw units per second.
-The courage and intimidation buffs of Padilla only work up to targets of 600 drag weight.
-Both roars are AI Activated special attacks, and can be toggled on and off for the ai.
-Left click is a directional stomp. Stomps the direction you look with its front feet.
-Right click is a back leg stomp which stomps with random feet, good for hitting rear targets.
-C key tail whip. Good damage and knockback. Shift+C to swing the tail the other direction.
-X key Intimidation roar. This roar applies to enemies near padilla, lowering their attack by 25%
-Alt+X buff roar. Applies a courage buff to all allies up to 600 drag weight. Raises resistance by a flat 25%
-O key stomp. high damage and knockback

#11. Edmontosaurus
-Spawning: Redwoods, Grasslands, Tundra, Tundra Grasslands (Center), Tundra Biome Forest, Sanctuary City, Green Desert
-Tameable: tranq tame.
When most hear of a dino called the "Rival to Trex", they may initially think of Spinosaurus, or Giganotosaurus: perhaps some other large theropod. If you clarify to mean creatures it lived with in its original time, they may say Ankylosaurus, Triceratops, or even Dakotaraptor. One of Tyrannosaurus's most common prey items was the large, unassuming Edmontosaurus. However, make no mistake. These creatures were larger than the original tyrannosaurus and could easily kill them just the same as a Triceratops could. Here on the arks, these large, generally cold-weather hadrosaurs are far from defenseless. they are large herbivores adept at throwing their weight around to attack their aggressors. While capable of inflicting damage equal to that of Tyrannosaurus, they cannot keep up such a fight as long, and may need to resort to weaker attacks or fleeing if they cannot defend themselves properly. Tamed, Edmontosaurus is an interesting mount. It's of a similar weight class as its infamous predator, but offers a lot of the same, and different, in a more versatile package. Due to its habit of running on its hind legs, it is more agile than one would think. It offers a lot of flexibility and power that most would only expect in large, aggressive animals, though at a bit of a cost of general strength. It makes a wonderful jack-of-all-trades for any survivor.
-Can be told to sit with radial wheel, or with r when mounted.
-left click bite/headbutt. Ok-ish damage.
-Right click stomp. Cant be done while moving. High damage but high stamina cost, cant be used with insufficient stam.
-C key rear kick. Cant be done while moving or with insufficient stam. Same base damage and stamina cost as stomp, but with drastically higher knockback. Use to defend your rear and flanks from those trying to outmaneuver or ambush you!
-X key roar, for aesthetic.

#12. Angaturama
-Spawning: Jungles, Sunken Forest, Luminous Marshlands (Abberant), Bog Biome (X)
-Tameable: Tranq or passive (Depends on mood)
Angaturama is one of the most bizarre and inconsistent dinosaurs of the island. Each Angaturama seems to have a different outlook on life, and these outlooks seem to grant each Angaturama with different abilities. This makes it actually one of the most successful and adaptable spinosaurs on the island, able to thrive both near, in, and away from water. I've noticed three main types: Neutral, Carefree, and Frenzied. Neutral Angaturama are about what one would expect for a typical large carnivore. I've not noticed much a physicality difference, but i notice them using target bites to tear at the opponent's ligaments, slowly lowering defense. Carefree angaturama are extremely docile: being neutral towards survivors and even less aggressive overall. While their damage is lacking, i note they seem to take hits easier and run faster than their counterparts. Frenzied angaturama are wild, maniac creatures which maul smaller targets into submission. Tamed, with their variety, the various angaturama could be useful to survivors who want a flexible mount that can specialize in certain situations. Find the right mood for you!
-Can be told to sit via radial wheel
-If used with AC2 wild ark, the roars of angaturama have different effects.
-Comes in three main moods: Carefree, Frenzied, and Neutral. Carefully observe wild Angaturama's behavior to determine it's mood! (if you don't have Awesome Spyglass. If you do, it'll display the mood immediately) Moods CANNOT be changed or altered. An angaturama's assigned mood on spawn is permanent.
-Left click bite, deals good damage.
-Right click claw slash. Has a stamina cost and decent dps on land. Hits twice on land and once underwater.
-C key hiss, for aesthetic.
-X key Unique Attack, varies based on mood. Cannot be used with insufficient stamina and the stamina cost varies with Mood type.
-Left control roar. Affects of roar vary based on mood.
-Spacebar to jump

//Neutral Angaturama
-No stat adjustments
-Average aggression radius
-Unique attack is a bite that inflicts Rend. Rend with each hit lowers target defense by 5%, and stacks up to 5 times. Lasts 10 seconds per buff.
-Roar inflicts Mid Startle from AC2

//Carefree Angaturama
-+10% Health, +10% Movement speed, -20% Melee
-Neutral to players unless attacked.
-Can be passive tamed. NOTE: passive taming grants more affinity per food item, speeding up taming time. This means Carefree is the easiest to tame!
-Angaturama have a 20% chance to spawn as Carefree.
-Unique attack is a tail swish that deals knockback. On land this can be used while moving and hits twice, inflicting trike-styled stun on anything 150 drag weight or less. In water, the attack only hits once.
-Roar inflicts Mid Startle from AC2

//Frenzied Angaturama
-+10% Melee, +10% Stamina, -20% Health
-Double the aggression radius of normal angaturama
-Angaturama have a 15% chance to spawn as Frenzied
-Unique attack is a grab-and-maul. The first bite is the only part of the attack that deals damage normally. Angaturama can grab things up to 150 drag weight. If Angaturama succesfully grabs a target, it will proceed to maul them for 5 hits of 35 base damage X melee stat. Each hit applies Deinon-style bleed, meaning a single use of the attack inflicts a maximum stack of Deinonychus bleed (cannot effect bosses). When the Angaturama is done mauling the target, it throws the target off towards its right, inflicting Trike-styled stun on it as it does.

#13. Albertosaurus
-Spawning: Redwoods, Tundra, Tundra Biodome, Tundra Grassland, Rockwell's Garden Mountain, Rockwell's Garden Trench Forest, Rockwell's Garden Plains, Genesis Tundra Forest
-Tameable: Tranq
Albertosaurus is a medium-sized Tyrannosaur often found in temperate to colder climates. While not as large or powerful as some of its other relatives, Albertosaurus makes up for it with intelligence and adaptability. The creature is quick to capitalize on the significance of past experiences, and come up with new ways to change its fighting style or add to its arsenal, or ways to augment its own body. This ability makes Albertosaurus a worthy mid-tier mount, able to grow new skills for its arsenal, and even adapt its fighting style to what its survivor may need!
-Can sit via radial wheel, recovering hp and reducing food drain.
-Any time Albertosaurus kills anything above 250 drag weight that is also an adult, it gains an item called a Hunt Point. These are used to unlock abilities, within the inventory of the albertosaurus. Hunt points cannot be swapped between albertosaurus, even after death. The following abilities can be unlocked with Hunt Points:
>Crushing Bite. A medium-damage attack that inflicts a unique type of Slow
>Shoulder Bash. A mid-damage attack with high knockback
>Swift Swim. Unlocks sprint swimming for Albertosaurus. Doesn't make it any viable of an amphibious mount, just helps make water crossing easier.
>I Recognize This. Certain...park managers will recognize this reference.
>Thick Skin. One of three Skin Abilities, not compatible with Thin Skin or Dense Muscles. -50% Speed for +25% weight and +25% resistance.
>Thin Skin. One of three skin Skin Abilities, not compatible with Thick Skin or Dense Muscles. -25% Resistance and -25% weight for +50% movement speed.
>Dense Muscles. One of three Skin Abilities, not compatible with Thick Skin or Thin Skin. -50% Resistance for +25% movement speed and +25% melee damage.
-Left click bite, dealing carno levels of damage.
-Right click aesthetic roar.
-C key Crushing Bite (if unlocked). Slightly more damage than the left click, inflicts a slowness debuff that cuts movement speed of the target by half. Initially lasting 10 seconds, that length of time is scaled based on how large the target is to alberto's drag weight. (250 divided by target drag weight = time multiplier). This shortens the buff on creatures larger than 250 drag weight, but extends it potently on things smaller than 250 drag weight.
-X Key Shoulder Bash (if unlocked). An in-place shoulder bash with good damage and knockback.

#14. Inostrancevia
-Spawning: Redwoods, Sunken Forest, Gen1 Tundra Forest (X), Gen2 Hard Jungle (R), Gen2 Forest (R), Gen2 Hard Forest (R)
-Tameable: Passive (unique)
Inostrancevia is a large mammal-like reptile that aside from size, has changed little since being on the arks. While most creatures have generally obtained some fort of strange ability, it seems Inostrancevia has survived through cleverness, and capitalizing on what it was already good at. The creature's large fangs are perfect for weakening enemy defenses, and if more pressure is applied, is capable of bleeding targets out for extended periods of time. When tamed, survivors note their Inostrancevia retain this intellect and cunning, often adapting themselves to their owner's preferences for maximum effectiveness and survivability. This comes in handy, as aside from being potent combat mounts, the front paws of Inostrancevia are surprisingly dexterous, allowing it to assist its owner in harvesting various resources!
-Unique Passive Tame: First, restrain an Inostrancevia with either a chain bola or net gun (latter preferred personally, as chain bolas don't last long). Then, so long as the Ino is under 75% HP, a single hit with a Wooden Club will stun it for 5 minutes. Once the Net/Chain Bola buff is over, the Ino will be able to be passive tamed so long as it is stunned. Damage will not reduce affinity, so feel free to keep it stunned through repeated bonks when immobilized. When tamed, said stun buff will auto-remove.
-Can be told to sit via radial wheel
-Left click bite. Inflicts Rend, slowly weakening target defense.
-Right click is a claw slash. Harvests corpses, bushes, and fiber like an omnivore. However, this can also gather any hand-harvestable resource such as pearls, clay, black pearls, mutagel, etc.
-C key is a headbutt, dealing decent knockback.
-X key is a double bite. Has a cooldown, but inflicts a percentile bleed as it hits twice. This bleed drains 5% of the target's HP, but cannot drain more than 2500 HP in a single proc.
-S+X key is a Thrashing Bite. Effectively the same as the double bite, but good for hitting behind you or your flanks. Also has a cooldown, and also inflicts the same bleed.
-Left control aesthetic roar.
-Inostrancevia can hold Artifacts in its inventory, the main purpose being its Mindset abilities: YOU CAN ONLY HAVE ONE MINDSET PER INOSTRANCEVIA, SO CHOOSE WISELY. These abilites are permanent, not resetting after server restart, soul trap, upload/download, etc.
-Collector Mindset: All resources weigh 30% less in inventory. Grants a 3.5x harvest multiplier towards Element Shards, Element Dust, Mutagel, Silica Pearls, Black Pearls, Gems.
-Traveler Mindset: Reduces Attack and Defense by 15%, but increases overall movement speed by 25%.
-Frenzied Mindset: Increases damage by 25% so long as HP is above 75%. Each attack slowly builds up a meter which when full, procs a potent healing effect. Regen is 15 HP per sec, 5 Stam per sec, over 20 seconds.
-Survivor Mindset: Upon killing any target, grant +25% resistance, and heal for 15 HP per sec. Lasts 40 seconds. During this timeframe, become immune to stuns and electrocution.
-Estute Mindset: Upon killing any creature above 550 drag weight, grant yourself, your mount, and nearby allies 1.5x XP for 5 minutes. Upon killing an Alpha, the effect is instead 2x XP for 30 minutes. If killing a boss, the effect is 4x XP over an hour.
-Challenger Mindset: Increase damage dealt to bosses, mission dinos, and alphas by 15%, and take 15% less damage from them. Upon killing one, grant 5HP per sec and 2x XP to yourself and your mount for 120 seconds.

#15. Kaikaifilu
-Spawning: Ocean, Fertile Chamber Water (Aberrant), Bioluminescent Chamber (Aberrant), Gen1 Ocean Shallows (X), Gen2 Eden Lake (R), Gen2 SUMP (R), Gen2 Eden Water Spillways (R).
-Tameable: Passive
Kaikaifilu, despite its size, isnt a dangerous predator to survivors unless provoked. The durable mosasaur can be found in most open-water habitats, but will often frequent areas where its favorite prey can be found: Kairuku and Hesperornis. Much like other penguin-hunters, Kaikaifilu can incorporate the biology of its prey into its own biology. The organic polymer's toxic compounds are extracted into the beast's jaws, where strong, hollow fangs pump the venom into whatever it gets a hold of in its jaws. Likewise, it can store the polymer in its body only to increase the levels, increasing its resistance to physical damage and other sources for a time. Adding on the fact these mosasaurs can seemingly spend an indefinite amount of time on land, Kaikaifilu is an adaptable and solid mount for any survivor who wants a mosasaur but doesnt want to tangle with the hastle of Mosasaurus or Tylosaurus!
-5x harvest multiplier for Organic Polymer
-ONLY eats organic polymer for taming!
-can be on land for an indefinite amount of time.
-Inventory reduces weight of Organic Polymer to 25% and extends its spoiling time 10x
-Immune to electrocution, venom, and squid ink
-Left click bite. Deals good damage, inflicts a Venom buff. Venom stacks 10 times and each stack lasts 20 seconds. Can only be inflicted on creatures 850 drag weight and less! Deals 2.25 base damage every 3 seconds, multiplied by melee stat but effected by armor and resistance. However, each stack drains 1.75 HP per sec rabies-style, meaning a full stack drains by 17.5 HP per sec! Use this to kill opponents through their resistance and armor!
-Right click is a heavy bite. On land, this is largely useless, especially with its stamina cost and cooldown. In water though, the heavy bite becomes a lunge! This lunge variation deals 25% more damage than normal and if it hits targets 250 drag weight or less, will stun them!
-C key roar for aesthetic.
-X Key to activate Polymer Armor. Provided you have at least 1 organic polymer in your inventory, deduct 1 organic polymer per second to upkeep a Polymer Armor buff. Increase your resistance by 25% when active!
-Left control tail attack. Good for hitting targets behind you. Also gathers pearls!

Do these spawn in Valguero?
Hey i only have one question, when i re-entered my sinlgeplayer save today the spinoraptor had a totally different model, it looked more like the jurassic parp expansion spinosaurus and only wanted to know if it was due to the mods not being compatable or something ?
Shadlos  [developer] Mar 28, 2020 @ 5:38pm
the mods are absolutely not compatable.

furthermore Jurassic Park expansion is no longer supported and updated by the developer. it is not balanced, extremely buggy, and many creatures are broken (in both functionality and in actual bugs) and will not be fixed.
