Achilles(SG) has Divinity: Original Sin 2

Should I not have used this with an existing save game? Enemy Health Low.

I installed the mod for an existing save and all the npc's in the game seem to have the vanilla HP but their HP bar shows room for what I assume would be their new HP value.

That's a new one, but this mod generally has issues on existing save games, I'm afraid.
