Some players trying out the map have experienced game crashes when loading or in some rare instances mid round. I would greatly experience if we could solve this issue together for a smoother and better map experience.

A couple of common findings are:

2 missing files when using "verify integrity of game files".
Altering the video settings in-game removes to problem in some cases. Texture/model quality on low normally works better.
Problems with bsppack.dll.

Please let me know if you find something that might solve the issue.

If you get this problem I would like to know:

1. What were you doing exactly when it crashed (ex. Choosing team, loading map)
2. Where were you on the map when the crash happened.
3. How often does it crash.
4. Have your taken any action in some form to make it work and in that case did it change the outcome.
5. Have you solved it somehow and how did you do that.
