No shared bones

I always have that question, what does it mean? I downloaded some weapon props but all of them indicates that message.

It means two models have no bones with the same name on both. It means that they cannot be bone-merged, since bone merging happens by MERGING BONES (positions and angles) of the same name between 2 models.
