help pls

Why can't I put a bulletproof vest on him I get this inscription "Warning!"
"No shared bones!"
"These 2 models are not bonemerge compatible!"

What to do about it please help

There's nothing you can do. Whoever made those models did not make them compatible. They do not support bone merging. Contact model author for help.
