Additional Notes / Questions Forum
Since Steam has a character-limit on Workshop pages, I am posting some additional information here. Also, post any questions you might have below and I'll do my best to answer them.

Notes On Altars / Acquiring Skills:
  • The locations of the altars can be seen in the images. The black squares refer to the locations of the trade-altars and the white squares refer to the locations of the altars used to gain skills. Occasionally, the squares refer to an interior at that location, not the top-level of a map; in that case, you'll need to search the interior. Most of the altars should be easy to find.

  • The chance for acquiring each skill is almost the same; however, I did weigh the chance of some skills to be slightly higher than others.

  • If everyone in the party, all 4 characters, has one of the skills learned, it will no longer spawn upon using an altar. This is to avoid unneeded duplicates. However, if everyone in the party has all the skills learned, then the skill-books will spawn normally (the only way it's possible to have all the skills on all the party members would be from the mod add-on mentioned below).

  • If you don't like the design of gaining access to the skills as you progress and instead want access to all of them immediately, go to my other mod here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1697815927

Additional Notes:
  • This is for the Definitive Edition.

  • As with any mod, I highly recommend keeping many saves as you play. This mod has been pretty thoroughly tested; however, its entirely possible some issues have slipped through that could potentially break something. If anything like this is encountered, post it over on the Bugs discussion.

  • The scripts used to create my skills can be found here on GitHub[github.com]. Anyone is free to copy paste my code if you so desire; If you do, feel free to shout me out on your mod if you're feeling generous. However, I obviously don't want anyone to rip my entire mod and post is somewhere else while taking credit.

  • Nexus Mirror of Mod Here[www.nexusmods.com]

  • I've never used Arena mode, so I didn't look into how to allow my skills to be used in Arena mode. If anyone out there actually plays Arena mode and wants my skills to be available, let me know and I'll look into it.

  • I didn't have room in the main description, but I'd also like to thank all the people over on the Divinity Modding forums for posting and replying to all the various issues that come with modding Divinity.

  • Also, a big thanks to UMA Studio[www.umastudiola.com] for their great work on the banners and cover picture.

  • Check out the game I've been developing![sinking-ship-studios.com]

  • Remember to rate the mod!
