well, vavle WOULD add stats for stuff, but since they're too lazy to make more than reskins, i guess we'd have to think of something first

I think the stats sould be: instantly cloak, player cannot jump while cloaked or the player will instantly come out of cloak as a enemie spy regardless of the disguise he has on, 25% less decloak noise, watch cannot be refilled by amo packs only by droped weapons, and 25% less health on wearer

User Can Backstab While cloaked
On sucessful backstab all cloak is lost
-50% cloak regen
-20% cloak
+25% Fire vulnarability on wearer
On sucessful backstab +100% Damage vulnerability on wearer for 10 seconds.
cloak cannot regen from ammoboxes.

Pro's:
+40% cloak regen rate.
You do not show a silhouette when being ran into or when damaged.
Can walk through opposing players while cloaked.
No cloaking/uncloaking noise.

Con's:
-30% cloak.
+20% damage vulnerability when cloaked.
When on fire while cloaked, your cloak drains 20% faster.
When on fire UNCLOAKED your cloak drains slowly.
When cloak is less than 10% full, +10% damage vulnerability.

Side notes: make a different name for it, please. Like the "Sophisticated Walkthrough".

Pros:
+When activated, see silhouettes of friendly/enemy players through any object or wall for 15 seconds.

Cons:
-No cloak.

Silent Decloak, 25% less cloak, 15% damge vulnerability to rockets, 15% more health?

I think this ability would be the most suited as the watch is called the "wrist watcher" implying that you can see others.

+no colak sound
+faster cloak/uncloak speed
+can see sillouhetts of enemy spies

-cloak must be gained from backstabs
-start with no cloak
