compatibility issues

1. there are alot of duplicates with vanilla weapons expanded
2. Johnson-Tanaka drive is removed by save our ship 2

The defname of weapons/items from Vanilla Weapons Expanded all start with "VWE" while ones from here start in "ARL" so, other than confusion of getting two weapons of the same name mixed up, should be compatible.
