What's the deal with Duel system?
Does the enemy keep regenerate in mach speed over time or soemthing?

I once stabbed with a lance on horseback like 6 times, 40-50 damage each over the course of 5 min and he didnt die.
However, I couched the guy once on a reload for like 145 hp and he died in one hit.

What the hell is going on?
