Reroll stones?
Do they reroll the % only or the whole effect?

it works like this, first you need to max weapon out, tier 4 ( 700/700 ) then you can reroll it. it will ask you what modifier you want to replace and its removed. you drop down to 300/700 kills and need 700 again for a new random mod to take its place.
