Kinda-game-breaking bug.
So, I was playing this great mod, finding it's features and all. I saved my game and turned off my computer to go to work. When I came back home and started the game again, all my equipment changed, my heroes are not the same, my army cost me 0 wages, my cities give me 0 income, and it happened in every one of my previous save files, so there's no way to get back. I don't even know what could have caused this, but it made me start from scratch because the save file is absolutely broken. Just wanted to share this and know if someone else experienced the same.

I don't mind starting all over again because I do enjoy this mod a lot, but this bug is pretty serious.

Sorry for that, because the steam don't give an option for updating, so the new version will break the old save data. If you still want to play the last version, you can try this:

1, Download the v0.930 version in MODDB [https://www.moddb.com/mods/108-heroes/downloads/108-heroes] and put it into your "x:\...\Mount&Blade Warband\Modules" folder;

2, Find the “X:\..\Documents\Mount&Blade Warband Savegames\108 Heroes” folder, copy the file like"sg01.sav" to “108 heroes v0.930” folder. If there's no “108 heroes v0.930” folder, create it.

3, Enter the game and choose “108 heroes v0.930” MOD to play.

Ohh so it was because of the update! Never mind then, I thought it was just a bug because as you say, it updated automatically without a warning. Thanks for the response and help, you guys are doing a fantastic job!
