I got stuck in a part of chapter 3 raid where there are some H.E.C.U. soldiers and some xen aliens having a battle between them and after eliminating all those enemies I have to collect an access card but the problem is that the access card does not appear and I do not understand why the card does not appear and I cannot advance the chapter. Is this card not appearing due to an bug?
