invisible player model

when ever i start in vr, i cant see my player models hands or the body, other people can see my player model except for me, I've tried everything, deleting gmod, reinstalling vrmod and deleting steam and steam vr and i still cant see it.

this is old but i was confused by this also (maybe this will help someone on google) open the vrmod menu again while in vr and click restart, that works for me for some reason
