I have run in to an issue that I believe is stemming from this mod collection: After nuking a city and claiming it, during the repair process, a building with the name "mill race" is shown to be a requirement to repair many other buildings. It is not possible to repair this building as it also requires a "dummy building" to be repaired which is just not given as an option. Any feedback would be helpful, thank you!
