Stats and uses?
Personally, I think you should be able to equip this on sniper and demo as weapons (razor and targe/screen), but I guess it can be an all class cosmetic too. I like the weapon idea better though. Any ideas?

It wouldn't work as a cosmetic, it would clash with weapons like the razor back.

"to protect your back", those that mean that it's a back-stab blocker? And if so, how many back stabs could it save you from?
