I finally got it working, I think I just had to forward several more ports. Try forwarding 2302-2305, 3478, 4379, and 4380, all TCP&UDP. Works for me now. If it still doesn't work try 27015 and 27016. I saw some people suggesting opening everything from 27000-27050, and I already had those open from playing GMOD, might have some effect.
