buy/fly air units possible?
important for me to fly air unit .so i am asking.

You can recruit helicopters from the officer. However if you want to fly aircraft you will need to use a work around. One that works great for me is the mod: Simple Single Player Cheat Menu

It is available on steam, super easy to install (Subscribe) and use. It allows you to access the Virtual Garage and spawn in any vehicle, plane etc, even mods and opfor items and vehicles.

If you want to fly then I recommend that mod and set your home base to one of the airports and boom, you are sorted.
