(+) +10% damage on heal target
(+) Uber gives crits
(--) 20% less over heal
(--) when uber is done wearer takes 25 shock damage (lose 25 health)

-150 health on wearer if the holder is not a robot.

a Tesla-Medigun?

Can heal multiplie targets?
- 20% Heal Rate
- 50% Overheal
Uber gives Minicrits to everybody

Mini-crits are given to heal target.
+25% faster heal rate.
Can't Uber charge.
Doesn't help heal target recover from fire.
Same As
Default Medicgun
Somewhat same as the default Medi Gun, but a +50 uber rate and can heal multiple targets

I know Valve is the one deciding the stats, but I thought this'll be pretty cool.

+ Default Medi-Gun Stats.
+ 10% extra healing rate.
+ Can heal two teammate at a time using M1 and M2.
- Cannot ubercharge.
We all know valve decides this but I think it would be like this:

since this is an tesla medigun...

-%60 overheal speed(or whatever you call it)

General

Übercharge creates a small electrical radius that deals 5 HP per second for enemies in the radius (allies excluded) and slows enemy mobility against enemies in radius. Other damage sources are dealed as mini-crits.

How are you supposed to uber if both M1 and M2 are used to heal?
