Bug Reports
Post bug reports here. Make sure to include as much information as possible, Santa Claus has my crystal ball so i can't tell whats wrong with "It broke". Include as much detail about the issue as you can, whether or not it happens only in a saved game or new game, what you were doing that lead up to the bug, any red error messages at time of the bug and a screen capture if relevent.


What you can try before submitting a bug report -

Do you have HugsLib installed and loaded above Simple Slavery?

If you installed mid-save see if the problem persists in a new game

Change load order, first try near the bottom then if that doesn't work try loading near the top (below HugsLib)

Ensure the problem is not replicable with mod disabled

Don't know if it counts as a bug, persay, but it is very easy to lose slaves due to the prompt in the top left being very easy to miss, and wardening not being part of a task to retrieve them.

Can it be modified to be an Alert Letter when a slave attempts to flee, in line with the vanilla prison break mechanic?

Modify your colonists outfit policies, i also suggest making a new outfit just for slaves

with this mod activated i cant right click anything?
Hey, love the mod, but there is an issue with the slave collar in which my pawns keep deciding to randomly equip it. I have set the apparel to disinclude the slave collar, to no avail. They decide to equip it whilst transporting it to a transport spot or putting it in their inventory. The annoying thing is you can't just simply take it off as a colonist, you have to down them, and then strip them. Either that, or take them as prisoner, and then strip them.

If your using Rpg Inventory mod click the "Show List" button to view the slave collar

The slave collars are just normal apparel so should be able to forbid them with outfit policies, are you sure you are editing the policy your colonists are currently assigned too?

There seems to be a bug regarding the prisoner tab on capured pawns. The "execute" option is missing from the prisoners tab and is instead replaced by this mods "enslave" option entirely. To confirm this i uninstalled simple slavery and found the "execute" option back in place. Would be nice if you look into this.

An unexpected change from B18 to 1.0 Prisoner tab size seemed to of caused this, might take me a while to get around to fixing but i am looking into it.

I'm not sure if this has been informed yet but for some reason when I used this mod everyone becmae just "wanderers". They will not do anything but just walk around and eat.
I figured that maybe one of the old mods broke but after uninstalling everything it still remainded as the issue. After uninstalling this mod it works just fine.
I tried it in a new game, in the old saves and such but the problem stayed the same.
Thank you for the amazing mod, it seems great and all but I wish I could use it :D

These is a "Shackle" option doesn't seems to work, when I uncheck it, the slave still walked very slowly like prisoners

So, I changed the order of the mods as you suggested and one of the pawns now work as supposed to. The other two still wander around. For some reasong I can't "force" them to work either which is kinda odd.
I'm kinda new to this whole socializing thing in steam so what is Ludeon forum?
But the problem only arrives with this mod, I do get the basic warning thing when I start the game so would you like a pic of that? Would that be of any use?

Yes, the error report would be of help.

Ludeon Forums is the games forum page, it has a direct download to the mod rather than using steam. My suggestion is to try that version to see if it's a problem with the steam download version. Downloaded mods go into the games "Mods" folder which you can get to by right-clicking Rimworld in steam -> Properties -> Local Files tab -> Browse Local Files. Link to forum page[ludeon.com]

Sorry for the spam but this is kinda important.
I must apologize because the faullt was mostly on my part. I didn't have Libs installed, I assumed it downloaded itself alonside with the mod, similar to Gmod. So yeah, my fault and it seems to work now. Again, sorry for wasting your time :D
