Gunpowder and fertilizer
My very talented friend Impulse has fixed the issue of gunpowder and fertilizer being broken - it does require installing his mod https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1629667379

Put the Custom Stack mod first in the list see if that helps

Oh you did even create a discussion for that :D

The position in the ActiveMods list is not important, because the Custom Item Stacks mod does fix the issue during runtime.

If you guys want only to use the gunpowder and fertilizer fix then put this into your game.ini files of all grid servers:

[CustomItemStacks.Settings]
DisableDefaultItemSettings=true
