Maybe some new stats?
If so, what should they be?

I'm thinking:

+25 health

Replaces normal sentry with fast-building mini sentry

In use with gunslinger: can build 2 mini sentries at once.

I have been waiting so long for a new pda, i hope that this will work!

Since the mini-sentry needs a buff, this could be perfect!

Don't mean to dampen your mood but it'll probably take a LOT before valve makes some new sort of PDA. It would also probably have to be made by valve staff to make sure it's balanced and in the right direction of what they want seeing as how they have never even TOUCHED the pda before (give or take the pipboy misc item).
