Should harvest rates be changed?
Considering that enforcers are usually solo and Defense Units rove typically in gangs of 2 to 3, should the harvest rates for Defense Units be lowered to balance out the fact there are more Defense Units?

If you could make them less element dust rich and make them more scrap heavy that would be neat, right now the key resource focus on the map is the dust and i personally would love to see scrap metal get a little more love as it is a super efficient way to get metal on Extinction ^_^

Thanks guys. Because I don't want to force people into settings of my own choosing, I'm looking at adding a config setting, so that players can change it themselves.

Hmm, I'd have to kill a ton of defense units and enforcers to equal a short time harvesting lampposts with a doed. I'd say the rates are fine because they're an alternative to doed harvesting, and that's a good thing.
It also takes a full 1k for each element, and it takes a lot of element for high tier stuff, so I don't see that it's making a huge impact on element. It does on element shards because it only takes 10 to make a shard. But that's WCs decision, and not the fault of the mod.
Agree 100% with the config option though. Always, always give options to players. A lesson WC has yet to learn lol.
