i cant seem to load any of the insurgent things, and i cant find it on google, so what is it?

A VBIED is vehicle-borne improvised explosive device.........so basically a suicide truck

Could you please put all your vehicles into the tank slot? More irregular warfare with VBIED for Raven while SPG for Eagle in the tank slot could be very fun.
