Maybe:

+15% more speed when is active
+25% more speed uber recharge
Ubercharge give an extra life to the paicent (only 100 HP extra) and the medic (only 50 HP extra) for unlimited time, but you can't have more than one.
-You can't start charge a new uber until the other one ends for bouth patients.
