Just because it's listed as Halloween doesn't mean that it would be Halloween restricted

Oh man have you seen the date when it was posted? I have forgotten that steam workshop have discussion feature entirely. Shame the cosmetic didn't made it into game nonetheless check the date next time you will be posting xD
