Suggestions for countries' ideas
With the new, large Gensokyo update a ton of new countries have joined the map - but they are missing something...
Ideas are not easy to make and weren't not part of this update. But we didn't forget the new ones.
What ideas do you suggest for the countries?

For now, it seem to be better to give comprehensive NI by culture or region. Or it would be good to create more formable countries by culture or region like fairytopia, and give them NI that representative of their culture or region. because as you know, some characters are lack of personality to give unique NI. after then, countries that having important role are given unique NI when adding contents related to their.

question : What are the top priorities for the next update? If possible, I would like to give suggestion continually so that updates can be made quickly.

Three bodies
* Our goddess and leader, Hecatia, has three bodies. Thanks to these three bodies, she can activate at the same time far away from the capital.

Goddess from the west
* Hecatia came from the West, unlike other gods in gensokyo. She doesn't need faith, so she doesn't care although our people believe another faith.
Negative religious tolerance no longer gives any penalties. Heretic and heathen provinces do not give us any penalty to religious unity.

* Her dress may seem cheap and weirdo, but Hecatia shows her authority through strength rather than fancy dress. as long as she sets an example, Our officers couldn't commit corruption.

I'm sorry to write that here, but I'd like to write a proposal that hasn't related NI because I think it would be convenient to check here. I want two suggestions regarding the gods of gensokyo.

1. additional Gods

With the expansion of the gensokyo, it seems necessary to add gods that have been added as a nation but not yet in the Hakurei shinto. What I think of now are the yorigami sisters(increase attrition, because they are god of pestilence and poverty), keiki(increase manpower, because she create haniwa legion), and watatsuki sisters(I didn't have a clear idea, but I think combat-related bonuses would be good).

2. tier 1 government reform regarding gensokyan gods

As the number of countries ruled by God has increased, I would like to propose a new form of tier 1 government that is different from now existing Touhou Monarchy and Shrine theocracy.
How about to apply a mechanism that gives bonuses when serve their country's leader-god, to match the setting of a country where the god rules itself? for example, if makai believe shinki, makai can get special bonus.

If the modding of eu4 cannot use such this complex mechanism, it would be okay to create a government reform in the form of giving bonuses about religion, military, and difference about ruler. It seems to I have said similar things before, but I think it's a little awkward that god is dead and the heir takes over the country.

* Our Mistress Junko is a goddess constantly seeking revenge. She has forgotten who her enemy is and even who she is, but will not stop to achieve her revenge.

* Mistress Junko has no special nickname unlike anyone else in Gensokyo. don't need to use much expression to decorate her. Just her own name is enough to represent her dignity.
