Content:
- Added new releasable nation called Realm of Marketeers. This nation starts as a minor in Italy, being led by Chimata, and can be released by starting the game as Human Capital and taking the decision. This tag has unique government mechanic, called Free Market!
- Added new releasable nation called Pseudo Paradise. This nation starts in Japan, being led by mysterious Jacket Girl. This nation can be released by starting the game as Hakurei Shrine and taking the decision.
- Added new releasable nation called Daiyolia. This nation starts in Anatolia region, being led by Daiyousei. This nation can be released by starting the game as Cirnia, and taking the decision. This tag has unique goverment mechanic, called Fairyfication!
- Added new formable nation called Ruminia. It can be formed by Realm of Darkness nation.
- Added new formable nation called Parsia. It can be formed by Mizuhashi nation.
- Added two new government mechanics for Realm of Darkness and Mizuhashi, which will be unlocked upon forming their new possible tags.
- Added new events for Scientistic Touhou religion.

Balance:
- Every single Touhou outworld releasable tag will start the game with initial permanent claims, in their zone of interest.
Government reform "Divine State" has been buffed, and now gives additional culture conversion speed, and reduced culture conversion cost.
- Realm of Darkness now starts without Gourmet Monarchy government reform. Instead, it will be unlocked later on, upon forming Ruminia.
- Governing capacity, gained from great projects in Touhou region has been slightly reduced.


Visuals:
- Many nations received new visual unit packs, making them look more unique.

Experimental:
- New Danmaku system has been introduced, but is in question if it will stay or not.

Minor things:
- Sunflower Field received a new title for their ruler.

Setup:
- Vastly changed the trade setup and added a new trade end node on the moon
- Added Kourindou as a monument
- Added Mystia Izakaya as a monument, removed the previous province modifier
- Ibarakasen now starts as Touhou Taoist
- Added a new mercenary company special to Ibarakasen and its allies

Balance:
- Gensokyan nations can no longer colonize the Moon until their defenses are deactive
- The danmaku fights from the Sixty Year Cycle Incident have their power tuned down a bit
- Rebalanced Mizuhashi's "Bridge Princess" idea to give additional accepted cultures and reduce the culture promotion cost instead of increasing vassalization acceptance
- Rebalanced Ibarakasen's "Hermits Training" idea to give 0.5% Yearly Army Professionalism
- Added the Claim Mandate cb to Hong
- Kiketsu now starts with the Mercenary Militarization instead of the Iqta
- Added a new government reform Gouyoku Alliance which utilizes the Iqta mechanics
- Time Travelers now recall their mortal rulers. This is explained via time travel

UI:
- The transfer development mechanic of Sunflower Field is now a UI button in the state window instead of a decision

Bugfixes:
- Fixed a bug which automatically removed the Fox Principality reform when you form a new country
- Fixed a bug where recruiting mercs would potentially remove thrice the army professionalism
- Fixed the dynasty names of Yachie and Saki
- Fixed missing government reform icons for the beastial realms
- Fixed a potential bug where Heavenly Realm could stack negative modifiers instead of having them replaced via their mission tree
- Removed Lanfang as a formable country due to a crash associated with it

Balance:
- Added a new estate privilege to the Nobility which serves as an alternative for Strong Duchies when you deal with Touhou specific subjects which occupy diplo slots. Is NOT stackable with strong duchies
- High Grudge now reduces legitimacy by -1
- Declaring wars against Rivals now reduces Grudge by -15, against non-Rivals it gets reduced by -5 instead
- Readjusted the opinions from Heavenly Realm's diplomatic actions
- The modifier "Truly Helpful Friend" now reduces monthly grudge by -0.2 instead of -0.3
- The base grudge growth has been reduced to 0.6 down from 0.8 per month
- Being at war now reduces grudge per month by -0.2 instead of -0.3
- The Touhou monarchy is now usable by freshly released countries. It also has its custom nation cost reduced to 10 points down from 40

Misc:
- The countries now start with China and Japan discovered without the need of an extra event
- Unified the localization for the advisor effects
- Added 3 new loading screens
- Cleaned the script

Bugfixes:
- Fixed a bug which showed the estates with wrong icons
- Fixed a bug which showed unlocalized text for the Medicine event during the 60 Years incident
- Fixed a bug of missing event pictures for some of Makai's events
- Fixed a bug which prevented Higan from enforcing Netherworld to give up provinces in the Bamboo Forest
- Fixed a bug which prevented Grudge loss from annexing rival countries
- Fixed a bug which has shown the Resort monument for Heavenly Realm before it is supposed to be
- Fixed a bug where localization was missing for opinion modifiers
- Fixed a bug which prevented the modifier from the loss of Hecatia as an advisor to get removed properly
- Cleaned the error log
- Fixed a bug for the usage of th_has_any_exploration_idea instead of has_any_exploration_idea. This means Touhou countries are now properly eligible to get the Colonialism institution
- Fixed a bug which prevented the insult cb to be applied at the right target during the Subterranean Animism incident
- Fixed a bug which allowed Makai to get Alice as an advisor before earning her through the mission tree first
- Fixed a bug of approving nations counter not working when the Outworld gets decolonized

Content:
- Added a mission tree to Heavenly Realm
- Added a mission tree to Lunar Purifiers
- Tenshi is now a disaster to the Heavenly Realm
- Hong now starts with a unique government reform allowing them to unify China
- Added a tag representing for Ran Yakumo for the outworld country (start as Mayohiga to get it)
- Added a tag representing for Keine Kamishirasawa for the outworld country (start as Human Capital to get it)
- Added a naval doctrine for the Kappa, for Murasa and for the Heavenly Realm respectively
- Added a new government mechanic for Koishi
- Added a new unique building for the Hakurei Claimers

Balance:
- All mission rewards which grant stability now also grant admin when you already reached your max stab
- Adjusted a few Lunar Capital mission rewards to smooth up the experience
- Adjusted the dev for Shion when she spawnsthe outworld. She will be slightly less pathetically poor
- Rebalanced the ideas of Orin, Shion and Youmu

UI:
- Improved the UI of a Fujiwara mission so they make it clearer to the player that they can get Human Capital as a vassal peacefully

Bugfixes:
- Fixed a bug where some of Scarlet Realm's missions demanded you to have militarization active
- Fixed some typos
- Fixed an issue which allowed some monuments / triggered modifiers to be used by the Scientistic nations
- Fixed an issue which prevented the Colonialism from being discovered when you have any of the colonist ideas
- Fixed (hopefully) a bug which caused Koishi to convert the world to Swedish
