ELDAR - Armor and Penetration Values
We are f***ed by fate just as we f*** it

ALL VALUES ARE BASED ON A SCALE OF 0-300.
According to the mod editor, Penetration is divided by Armor to get the chance of penetration (aka hit).

Infantry
Infantry health upgrade #3 adds 10 armor to infantry. This will be represented by ##/##, with the former number being pre-upgrade and the latter being post-upgrade as with the other 2 race values. Wraithguard/Wraithblades are affected by vehicle health upgrades, not infantry.

Vehicles & Structures
Vehicles and structures upgrade identically to infantry, where the final health upgrade also adds 10 armor. Wraithlords also have an additional upgrade like Wraithguard/Wraithblades, and Wraithknights have their own set of upgrades.

Heroes
Hero levels provide armor and penetration bonuses in addition to health, damage, regen, and speed. The specifics are:
Level 1 - +5 armor, +10% penetration
Level 2 - +10 armor, +15% penetration
Level 3 - +10 armor, +15% penetration
Level 4 - +15 armor, +20% penetration

The maximum added armor (40) is reflected in these values. Penetration is not because I'm lazy.
