Kenshi
Taxman/Tribute/Prayer Relations+
made some changes
so I took your mod and added restrictions to gains only when you are at max 30 reputation, or else you could gain 100 by just paying your taxes. I also changed Shek gains to when you FIGHT instead of subdue. If you are open to these changes I can send it to you and you can update your mod. otherwise I'm thinking of releasing it as alternative version if you dont mind.

Can you kindly upload that version please, it looks more balaced
sure, rebalance the mod according to the suggestions in the comments. When might it be submitted to the workshop?

You can paste a link to the original mod in your description and credit their labor. Permission for mod patches is superfluous; you suffer no liability.

P.S. The mod has been dead for 7 years.

If that is so, making a patch that requires and overwrites the original mod seems to be the convention of the Kenshi Steam Workshop mods. Imagine it as a mod of a game: the game is always required for the mod to function. There is also a "Required Mods" button in the Steam Workshop owner controls.
