Report a translation problem
It's hard to find in steam's workshop directory if you have a lot of mods, since that uses numbers for file names as opposed to something useful or sane.
If you use the Xcom2 Alternative Mod Launcher it's much easier. Just highlight the mod in the list, click the config tab in the window down below. Select xcomgamecore from the "select ini to edit" dropdown and the lines you need comment out should be right at the top. You can delete them or just put a semicolon in front of them.
