Losing money so fast
Im just losing money so fast that there is no more villages to raid anymore. My weekly net change is -5600. Have 1 city and 2 villages only. Cant even save some money to buy stuff or build a factory. I have 130 units at garrison and 90w me (high tier). Dont want to discontinue them bcs it just makes no sense I need them in forward anyway.

I know its a bit old , but anyway:

Usually you want to buy the enterprises before having a professional army. In this mod in particular a great early game income are the tournaments. You can net maybe almost 20k in a single tournament later, when you are at a point which you can get 10 points per round. But early game, you can get 5 points easy, which can net you almost 10k per tournament. Which is way better than native. With that money you can buy enterprises early on.

Also noticed some towns not netting as much money as in native, but in comparison, coastal castles have way better income. (At least that's what I figured, specially in Jamiche Castle). The income most of the time is even better than distant towns. Having a proper garrison matching the income of the fief is a good way to not have negative balance weekly. So, here is a tip for selecting which castle to own.

Early on, professional troops have different salaries. Rhodok Seargeant for example is an elite troops, quite awesome both in field and in siege, and his salary is way smaller than compared to cavalry like Mamluke. So select your elite troops also thinking about how much you can afford, and utilize them as best as you can early on.
