I'm sure you've all noticed the horrible ear cancer this mod has. If you want to get rid of it, here's a simple guide.

Go to Steam/steamapps/workshop/48700 to find your mods for M&B Warband. The folders all have weird names and it seems to be slightly random, so your M&B:W mods might be in a different folder.

From here, go to folder 1518700104. For me, this is Diplomacy 4.litdum. If the folder is different for you, just go in and click on main.bmp in each folder. This will bring up the thumbnail for the mod in the folder, and go through them until you find Diplomacy 4.litdum.

Once you've found it, go to Sounds and delete all of these:

Alternatively, just copy/paste the vanilla sounds folder into the litdum one.
