The annoying porn death sounds are easy to fix (just like the horrid clicking noise). Just go to steam/steamapps/workshop/content and find Diplomacy 4.litdum.

If your folders are all named "4001561" or some god ugly ♥♥♥♥, click through them until you find a list of folders and files with human-readable names. M&B mods have a "main.bmp" that you can look at to see which mod file you are in. Go through them all until you find .litdum. .litdum also has a "actions.txt" folder at the top.

Once you find it, go to the Sounds folder. You can just delete all the sounds you don't like and the game will be fine. I would post a list of all the porn sounds, but I already deleted all of them. They have names like "ahhg" and "ouohu." There's some that are "gooddeath" or "tragicdeath," and also ones like "bigcut," "bigslice," "goodhit" that make porn sounds too. Play them and find out which is which. Basically anything with a weird name makes a scuffed, godawful sound.

The "woman_hit" sounds are the vanilla sounds, so you can leave those alone.
