I do like the idea of crits but this would probably mean there will be alot of frantic spam stabs, so mabey this wep could mark for death and be paired up with kind of like a bushwacka revolver? deals crits when minicriting so you can mark them, retreat and finish them off from a range.

Back stab: Instant kill (as usual). Leaves behind a trail of ink for x amount of seconds (propbably
3-10 seconds). 2 seconds after death, corpse fades away, leaving behind a large stamped TF 2 symbol (as noted by The Strange) on the ground. If taking revenge, kill feed says "{Player_spy} has denied {Player_?}". If this starts a domination, kill feed says "... is approving ...".

These stats reflect the Spy's role as a "support class".
I am not fond of the combination of honor bound and not being able to kill your opponent by stabbing him multiple times without making a backstab. The fact there is a model of the weapon drenched in blood does lend itself to honorbound or the trail of blood that other people mentioned. I do think this weapon should leave some sort of calling card at the site of the murder.
