(crits from the enemies is not stronger then they normally are when they shoot at you. so a crit shotgun shot still takes normal crit damage...
but normal shots is 10% stronger)

This sound like a good idea for the new bonk, it is nice and balanced. That might be what valve is looking for to make this item, a balanced weapon.
