Installation not possible .

Hello.
I can not install this mod. I checked the last update is up to version 1.34 and added a 1.35 hotfix. I have info with mod is not compatible with version 1.35 and installation is not possible.
To what version is really updated this mod + hotfix? I try on Dx 9 and Dx11 and no result.
Win 7 64 bit. 1.35 Dx 11 experimental.
