Note : Conventionaly, if having two specific-Skill and having a high-level Mutation "Fireworks Technician" or "Efficiency", these are possible to suppress almost completely the enemy's action.
 So I weakeninged to these skills' cooldown or anything, by this changes, these became harder to suppress the enemy (not impossible).
解説 : 従来は、特定のスキル2個と高レベルの変異 "花火師" か "熟練" があれば、敵をほぼ行動させずに封殺することが可能でした。
 そのためこれらのスキルのクールダウンなどを弱体化させて、敵をハメにくくしました(不可能ではないです)。
