im thinking more damage and only two primary ammo and something else... :)

Mabye something like...

[+] +20 Damage.
[+] 10% Ammo
[-} 50% Range

-75% clip size ( 2 shots i think)
20% more accurate
20% more damage

5 seconds of crits after a kill with any wep but only crits with Short Round????

Please for the love of god don't change the clip size for once. Is that really the only downside soldier can have on his weapons?

The Short Round
Level (number) Shotgun

+20% more ammo
+20% clip size
+100% damage vs buildings at close range
+Every building destroied: Charges the "Power Shot" meter.
+Once charged: Gives minicrits for 3 seconds
-40% damage penalty
-20% firing speed
-Cannot get crit boosted
-20% reloading speed

I think I misspelled Destroied or whatever :/

Stats:

The Short Round

At kill: +33% Battery Charge
A Battery Charge meter is placed on the HUD
At full Battery Charge: Activate for 5 seconds with Alt.-Fire. At Hit, the enemy is stunned (longer range = longer stun, max. 5 seconds.)
+25% faster reload speed
-8 bullets in primary ammo
-20% damage
-Cannot collect ammo from dispensers

The shotgun looks like it has a battery pack attatched to it so maybe a stun effect? (Thats what I would think of when electricity hits someone in tf2)

+On hit a meter fills depends on damage how much get filled.

+ When meter is full you get a 1 shot that guarentees a stun for 2-3 secs. Maybe increases on how much damage you have done?

+Crits when enemy is stunned.

-20% damage.

-20% firing speed.

-No random crits.

Uh, bullets are hitscan. That's not a downside because bullets have basically infinite range. Infinity/2=Infinity.

The Short Round
+ 20% Damage
+ 20% Reload Speed
+ Take 50% less fall damage
- 50% Bullet Spread (Each shot is more inaccurate, making it so that you have to get close to take advantage of the damage increase)
- 33% Ammo Capacity (4 shots)

Good for soldiers in close quarters. Makes for a replacement primary for Rocket Jumper Soldiers.

On hit: 1 rocket loaded into rocket launcher (does not apply to full rocket launchers or beggar's bazooka)
-50% weapon switch speed
Rocker launchers are no longer affected by ammo pickups
+50% longer firing delay
-50% damage

.charge meter that is filled by dealing out damage with this weapon and when full can be activated with right click giving the user %100 critical resistance

.dealing over 20 damage to an enemy while they are mid air will bring them straight down to the ground (the ability to stop rocket jumps and stuff)

Level 25 Battery-charged Shotgun

Fires special pelets that able to heal teammates
Any damage charge the "Battery" Bar
On full charge: Alt-fire fires a electricity surge that stun and burn enemy in surge area
Charge takes 450 damage to charge
25% more fire vunereability while active
80% less crits chance to ALL WEAPON

yeah sort of like the earlier comment: dealing damage charges a bar, once full atl fire to activate and targets hits are electrocuted and therefore slowed...maybe?
