[POSIBLE SPOILER] Face in the sky?

I saw in a screenshot uploaded by The Gaben about a face in the sky. I got in the same building he's in, in the same position he was in when he took the shot, and I can't get the face to appear. Any ideas on how to get it to appear?

EDIT: Okay. Now I know that I need to push a hidden button somewhere in the map, but I don't know where it is. Where is it?

You must find a basketball coart spawn a prop that fits in the hole then keep scoring until a room will open in that room there is a button and press it creepy sounds will come then just get out of the room and noclip and look in the sky
