sounds resonable
I like that idea. So if a scout decides to invade you, you can hit them and let the bleed damage deal with them. I also like the Boston Basher idea. Since the demo is drunk he is likely to stab himself with sharp objects. Also, you should be able to extra jump, because the bleed damage will propel you. Great idea, and I hope the item and stats get added to the game.

-20 Walk Speed on victim
On Miss: Kill yourself. Drunk idiot.
+50 Damage

I like adding a backstab.

Crits are insta kill
No RANDOM crits

And the taunt should be the Ullapool Caber with differemt words

Demo should not backstab. That takes away one of the things that makes a spy unique. Also, I almost thught this was a spy knife lol.
