Battle of Endor (Empire)
Is the battle meant to be winnable as the Empire or am I just putting wasted ships into the battle which I’m going to lose? I made a save right before the Death Star is going to be completed so if it is winnable I don’t have much time to change my fleet composition, unless I just cancel construction.

It's absolutely winnable.

Any tips as the empire then. I have a decent fleet over it I would just need to back track a little if a certain comp is preferred

Bring a big fleet, be prepared to deal with rebel fighters. It's movie accurate so decide yourself what might have helped the empire out.

Honestly, you don't even need a big fleet. The unmovable NPC ships are your big guns. Bring Victory-IIs to kill shields and carriers/antifighter support. I only lost a few of my smaller ships and not a single Victory.
