Can't Equip Guns

I can't figure out how to equip the weapons is does anyone know why?

I tried spawning them with tool gun, double clicking, and clicking once.

Disable the slot limiter or drop your existing weapons with "drop" in console.

I'm having this problem too sometimes. I just can't equip a gun. Dying a several times fixes it tho
