Constantly saying module is out of date when attempting to join a server, even though I am subscribed on workshop

I have been subscribed to the workshop for a long time. Sometimes I am able to join a server and no problem. Other times it keeps on saying my module is out of date. Even though I am still subscribed. Please help me, thank you

I found a solution. You gotta download the mod and extract it to your modules files. The workshop method just doesn't work sometimes. Good Luck!
