I know there is a suggestions area, but this is for the next update. Main thing is less creatures due to quality over quantity and to help with new species in the update. First things first, all animals that are in or will be in other mods should be renamed or removed. In this update, I would say... 15 animals? Two new creature ideas would be Otodus, a shark, and a remake of the Amargasaurus from creatures plus. Other than that, your desicion for who gets cut for this update(they will come back in other updates you dont have to remove them entirely) and who stays.
