This entire thing just isn't working...

When I spawn in the admin gaunlet, nothing appears, but when I spawn in the empty, guantlet, it appears with the infinity stones, but after the little animation, the stones begin to flicker really quickly, and the stones don't even spawn in, too, can I please have someone tell me how to fix this?
