Humble request for command which deletes soldier's specific ability

I've search high and low but couldn't find anything that would do that. Specifically there are many mods (like f.e, Gene Mods, Officer Perks from LW2/LWOTC) which add abilities that mostly can't be removed once taken. Would be nice to have something like that ;)
