After i was first introduced to the "underground city" i went around stealing things, i came across the painters shop and i sold them a bunch of things including some of the chess pieces, later on i found the chess pieces go on the chessboard and i tried finding the painter to buy back the chess pieces but they never showed up. i tried waiting for one hour at a time and checking the shop but they never showed up. i did missions and between every mission i checked the shop and they were not showing up as if they were died. During business hours i tried waiting inside the shop to see if i was trespassing and everytime i checked it said i was trespassing. Someone else showed up at the painters shop every once in a while. Can someone tell me when exactly the painters shop is open, or why its not?
