Will Chance
Big Thanks for so beautiful mod!

Can you add chances to will develop?

Now I am guaranteed to get a raise will for excellent missions. And I would like this increase to work with some chance, not always 100%. Then it would be possible to set interesting values.

And the question. The values of the increments can be negative? Can a soldier get a penalty for accuracy, will?

I too was wondering if it was possible to add a will chance instead of a guarantee will increase.

@Max and others who might want this Will Chance

I've added two line to the XComWOTC_SoldierDevelopment.ini that seem to work.

"ExcellentWillChance=50
FlawlessWillChance=75"

The values are percentages. I based this on the other "Chance" lines regarding Combat Intelligence increase and it seems to work. I've had several Excellent missions without a Will increase now.

EDIT: I don't know why I didn't get a will boost on the mission that led me to believe that this worked. Maybe it wasn't an excellent mission. This edited config does nothing without the deeper code altered. My apologies if I disappointed anyone. This doesn't work.
