It's in project, especially the localization for the titles in the different ideologies. At the next update (in the week), I will put at first these new localization, but then (I don't know when I will finish it, but I'm working on it too) I will focus on specific governments with new successions (democracy,...)

Maybe some societies for the various ideologies like a merchant capitalist league or a communist society bent on creating revolutions in other countries

Perhaps Unique structures, and retinues for the ideologies, for instance "The People's Army" retinue for marxism(Tons of normal light infantry) for example?

As well as new governments for the new ideologies, for instance "Socialist State" for marxists, etc

I think the Anarchist government should be called "Anarchic Coalition" with all "vassals" having to pay little to no taxes to their liege and provides no levy, but instead can be called in, similiar to tribal vassals.

And it should be impossible for rulers of Anarchic Coalitions to be able to decrease Council Power, and make vassals more likely to join the increase council power faction if they are Anarchists.

Actually, I'm working on democratic governments and specials states for Capitalists, as you maybe saw. But after finishing the Capitalist part, I will focus on Fascist / Oligarchic / Communists ones, and I keep your ideas for the Anarchists ans states/societies ;)

Sorry, but it's not in project. Because the ideologies implemented represents classic ideologies and their major branches, so little branches or branches with no important particular points (anacho privitism, altermondialism,..) are more RP from the players :P

This is not really a suggestion but a question.So if a country (or me) form the EU how do I or other countries join?

To join the EU, you have to go to the EU President's portrait, and you will have the decision to ask for join the EU

But for this, you have to be a Capitalist :p if not, you don't have the decision

What do you mean by liberal ? Because the main religion of Capitalism is Liberalism :P
And to form the UE, you have to be a ruler who practices officially a Capitalist religion, and you have three ways to form it:
1) By reform, if you hold the HRE / Empire of Germany / Empire of France (one of them).
2) By force: you have to hold at least three capitalist titles (the one you can create by king decisions), among : Republic of France, Belgium, the Netherlands, the RFG, or Lotharingian Republic.
3) by a Common Act : if you have at least one another Capitalist king who like you with a border with you realm. If so, this/these ruler(s) will become your vassal(s).

These options will appear if you have one the previous kingdom or empire (but for the second one, it will appear for any titled rulers who is capitalist) :)
